“Nordsee is at the beginning of a major change process that will take the brand to new dimensions. Consumer behavior, dynamic competition and digitality in all forms are a challenge, but also an opportunity at the same time, ”said Carsten Horn (CEO of NORDSEE since February 17, 2020) after his start in an interview. In order to drive this successful change in the company, we supported the customer in the search and selection of a new agency partner.

In the first strategy workshop, the search profile of the ideal agency was determined and the basis for a selection process for creation and media was set. Since we were looking for a new partner for both disciplines, we opted for an integrated process in which the agencies could apply directly as a community or as a provider for the complete scope. This procedure in the selection process ensured that the client’s creation and media were closely interlinked right from the start, while saving budget and resources in the multi-stage process.

In the end, fluent succeeded after a joint exchange in the agency and with the concept “creation and media from one source” shows that integrated communication in terms of the “FULL THINKING” approach across all channels is enormously important in today’s world.
