To have all German guests saying and feeling: “McDonald’s – I’m lovin’ it”, we supported our client in the search for a creative and implementation agency with a customized, multi-stage project process. As part of the analysis phase, we brought transparency to the current situation and identified the future scope of work for agencies and the framework conditions for future work. These parameters were sent to the participating agencies in addition to the creative briefing. The result was an equally customized agency that was set up exclusively for McDonalds and has worked for them since then: Leo´s Thjnk Tank, LTT for short – this is what the right ingredients for a successful partnership look like!

26.11.2018 | Susan Schramm, Marketingchefin von McDonald’s, erklärt ihre Exklusivbetreuung durch Leo’s Thjnk Tank für überholt; die Monokultur lähmt. Die beteiligten Agenturen haben das Konstrukt deshalb neu aufgesetzt.
Am Ende war es wohl einfach zuviel des Guten. Drei Jahre lang Fastfood, Hamburger, Cheeseburger, Chickenburger, Veggieburger tagein, tagaus. Das macht träge. Die Leute von Leo’s Thjnk Tank, 2015 als Joint Venture und Customized Agency von Leo Burnett (Publicis) und Thjnk (WPP) lanciert, waren irgendwann ausgebrannt, festgefahren. Etwas Neues musste her.
