Your training with us

With us, you won’t be sitting in front of spreadsheets all day or copying files from left to right. You’ll be part of our team right from the start and get to know the exciting world of marketing, communications and agencies.

You’ll support us with tasks including:

• organising and coordinating projects
• preparing agency selection processes
• researching agencies, trends and developments in marketing
  maintaining our agency network
• communicating with agencies and partners
• organising meetings, workshops and events
• exploring exciting topics relating to AI and the future of marketing and communications

Of course, we don’t expect you to be able to do everything straight away. That’s what the training is for.

What you should bring to the role

• A-levels, a vocational A-level or a good secondary school leaving certificate
• An interest in marketing, advertising and communication
• A passion for working with people
• Curiosity and a desire to learn new things
• Organisational skills
• Reliability and team spirit
• Openness and strong communication skills

Have you already started a degree and realised that you enjoy practical work more than lecture theatres? Perfect. We also expressly welcome applicants who have started or dropped out of a degree programme. We don’t see such experiences as a detour, but as valuable guidance on the path to the right career.
