Consultant / Client Advisor (m/f/d)

What to expect

• You’ll be the link between companies and agencies
• You’ll oversee pitch and selection processes from start to finish
• You’ll work in partnership with clients and agencies as an equal
• You’ll experience enormous diversity: different clients, agencies and communication disciplines
• You’ll be right at the heart of where partnerships are forged – with clients, agencies and at on-site pitches

You’ll work as part of a team with clear, tried-and-tested processes – yet no two projects are ever the same

What you bring to the role

• You have more than 2 years’ professional experience as a client consultant, strategist or in new business at a reputable agency (creative, PR, digital, social media, or similar)
• You’re familiar with – and enjoy – advising a diverse range of clients and working on varied projects
• You’re empathetic and have a good understanding of people and ‘chemistry’
• You’re solution-oriented and pragmatic, and able to tackle several tasks at once
• You are highly proficient and experienced in working in both German and English
• You enjoy working in a team, are motivated and have stamina
• You have a positive attitude and enjoy your work
