Agency Relations Manager (m/w/d)

cherrypicker is the leading management consultancy specialising in agency management in the German-speaking world. We help national and international companies find the right agency partners, successfully manage agency relationships and position their marketing organisations for the future.

We are looking for a new colleague to join our team – someone who loves agencies, knows the industry inside out and is keen to get to know the most exciting agencies in Germany (and beyond) anew every day.

What you’ll be doing with us

You are one of our most important contacts in the agency world.

• You monitor the agency market and identify new developments, trends and exciting players.
• You build relationships with creative, digital, media, content and specialist agencies and maintain our network.
• You help to identify the perfect partners for our clients.
• You screen agencies, conduct interviews, assess their capabilities and develop recommendations.
• You coordinate agency pitches and selection processes.
• You work closely with our client consultants and clients.
• You contribute your own ideas on how we can further develop our agency management.
• You explore new AI applications and help us integrate modern tools and processes into our work.

What you should bring with you

• You have completed an apprenticeship or a degree.
• You have already gained 2–3 years’ professional experience in a consultancy role at a well-known creative, digital or communications agency.
• You are interested in the agency sector and keep up to date with the latest developments there.
• You are communicative, open-minded and enjoy interacting with people.
• You are able to work in a structured manner and coordinate several tasks simultaneously.
• You’re keen to take on responsibility and actively drive things forward.
• You enjoy working as part of a team and bring positive energy to the role.
