It is therefore an honour to have been working with Hamburg\u2019s city hall for 8 years now. For the third time in a row, we supported the Hamburg Parliament in the selection of an agency partner for a \u2018get out the vote\u2019 campaign. For the last selection process with the Hamburg Parliament, to get as many people as possible to the ballot box we identified important factors for an activating cross-media campaign and discussed the framework conditions for canvassing and attracting potential local cooperation partners. A two-stage procurement process was used to select the agency. We first tested the basic suitability of the interested communications agencies in a call for competition. 5 agencies were then invited to develop and present a concept. For the evaluation, the Hamburg Parliament was supported by a top-class panel of experts from companies and institutions in Hamburg, the most important of which were invited to participate by cherrypicker.
